To configure the Speaker Setup for HRTF Audio:

1. Open the Control Panel.

2. Double-click the Sounds and Audio Devices icon. The Sounds and Audio Devices Properties dialog box will appear.

3. Select the Audio tab.

4. From the Default device drop-down list, select the audio device you are going to use for 3D HRTF audio. If your audio system is an SMx, this would be the WaveOut channel that selected for the wave file player.

5. Click the Advanced button under Sound Playback.
   
   
    

6. The Advanced Audio Properties dialog box appears.

7. Select Stereo headphones from the Speaker setup drop-down list.
   
   
    

8. Click OK.

9. Click OK in the Sounds and Audio Devices Properties dialog box
